We reserve the right to refuse service to any person, company, agency, or organization at any time for any reason whatsoever. We will not sell and ship to any persons under 18 years of age. We try our best to provide our customers with up-to-date product information, but product price, specifications, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.
- We ship all orders received before 2 p.m. PST within 24 hours of funds verification.(except weekends and holidays).
- Standard shipping is via UPS Ground. Expedited shipping via UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3-Day Select Air is also available.
- We do not ship to Canada and international. Our website only takes US orders.
- Ground shipping may not be available to all areas of Hawaii.
- All the UPS shipping services do not deliver on weekends and the legal holidays. Please note that the weekends are not counted as working business days.
- Shipping charges are actual UPS charges at time of shipping, plus a $2.50 handling fee. Shipping can be calculated online through our basket simply by entering your state and zip code after selection of items.
- Please make sure that billing address must match the credit card billing information. We reserve the right to require voice confirmation on any order. This is to guard against fraudulent use of your credit card and purchases by minors.
- We accept payment through PayPal ONLY
- E-mail confirming your order and providing a UPS tracking number will be sent to you when your order ships. Shipping status can be viewed at www.ups.com or by calling (800) Pick-UPS.
- We do not accept faxed orders.
- We do not ship C.O.D., and we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped.
- Credit card fraud is a serious crime, and we cooperate fully with law enforcement in prosecuting such offenses. All IP addresses are logged for this purpose and we report all fraudulent or otherwise illegal activities.
- We guarantee all products we sell (except those specifically excluded) to be free from manufacturing defects for 30 days from the day you receive your order. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. The 30 days warranty period does not extend after the first day of delivery.
- Products that have been abused, misused or modified, such as the removal of the orange-color tip, are not covered by this warranty.

The warranty does not cover the following:
- Alteration or modification of the product
- Disassembly by unauthorized service personnel
- Introduction of any foreign matter to the outer and inner components
- Unreasonable misuse, mishandle or abuse of the product
- Failure to provide proper care
- The incorrect method of maintenance, which includes usage of petroleum based solvents and/or lubricants
- Lack of compliance with instructions from the owner’s manual
- Product soaked in water, rusted, corroded, or painted
- Usage of improper size, type, or weight of BB's or reuse of BB's
- Removal or cover up of the orange safety tip
AirsoftShogun.com reserves the right to determine what constitutes
as unreasonable use or excessive wear and tear.
There are absolutely no returns unless pre-authorized by AirsoftShogun.com.
Returns are accepted for product with a manufacturing defect (please see warranty information above for details). If a manufacturing defect is discovered within the warranty period, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following information:
- Order number
- Order date
- Name on the order
- E-mail address (must be valid)
- Product number
- Brief description of the problem
- Daytime phone number
- Evening time phone number
We will do our best to resolve the problem over the phone or via e-mail; if we cannot, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions via e-mail. Please send the defective product back to us according to the instruction provided. Shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. The RMA number must be included next to your return mailing address on the outside of the box or we will reject the package upon reception. A copy of the original purchase receipt must also accompany the return.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise and verification of the defect, we will either repair it or send you a brand new replacement product, or if this is not possible, we will, at our sole discretion, refund your money.
We will accept returns of unused product if the return is requested within three days of delivery. All returned products must be in “brand new”, unfired condition in the original packaging with all manuals and accessories. Any damaged or missing items may result in a delay or full/partial forfeiture of the refund. There is a 20% restocking fee for all non-defective returned items, and the shipping & handling charges will not be reimbursed. We will issue you a return authorization number via e-mail when your request is approved. Please send the product back to us according to the instructions provided and with the return authorization number on the outside mailing label. UPS or USPS with delivery confirmation is strongly recommended. A copy of the original purchase receipt must accompany the return.
Important: Airsoftshogun.com does not sell used merchandise, so any item returned must be in an unfired, unused condition with all contents and original packing. Any deviation from these requirements will render the product(s) unreturnable.
